Stage concepteur pédagogique – Création de contenus de formation digitalisés H/F

Job description

Dans le cadre d'un projet de refonte de formations présentiel vers du distanciel (vidéo learning, rapid learning, e-learning, tutoriel), le service Méthodes et Supports recherche un stagiaire suivant une formation en licence ou master de concepteur-ingénieur pédagogique / scénariste multimédia.
Vous serez accompagné par votre maître de stage et vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les experts métiers.

Complementary description

Pour cette mission vous devrez:
Vous approprier et analyser les contenus existants (participations aux formations, planification et organisation d'ateliers de captation)
Proposer et concevoir les principes de scénarisation (méthodologie : fil conducteur, approche et séquence pédagogique).
Rédiger les synopsis et story boards
Réaliser les séquences pédagogiques à l'aide de l'outil auteur 360 Learning. Vous pourrez bénéficier d'une formation à cette plateforme.
Organiser, participer à la réalisation de la recette (tester et faire valider les modules de formation digitaux).

Job requirements

BAC+4 BAC +5: Master de concepteur-ingénieur pédagogique / scénariste multimédia.

A l'écoute, bon esprit de synthèse, appétence pour les logiciels, curieux et rigoureux, bon niveau d'anglais.

Il sera nécessaire d'avoir une première approche de la conception de formation digitale et des connaissances en ingénierie pédagogique.
Vous maîtrisez à minima Microsoft Suite Office.
