STAGE - Assurance Qualité Fabrication H/F

Job description

Intégré(e) dans le service Assurance Qualité Fabrication, le(la) stagiaire évoluera au sein de la ligne de fabrication des pignons. Sa mission consistera à analyser suivant une méthodologie DMAIC, des processus pour les rendre efficients.

Les processus sont :

·  - Mesure de la Non qualité déclarée par la ligne de fabrication pour formaliser et enregistrer les causes racines.
·  - Réalisation des surveillances de la ligne (surveillances des fondamentaux et des enregistrements qualité).

Déroulement du stage :
Le stage sera organisé suivant la méthodologie DMAIC pour chaque processus.

·  - D (Définir) : Interview des acteurs et des clients du processus, recueil des besoins et définition des objectifs,
·  - M (Mesurer) : cartographie du processus existant. Mesure de la performance, recueil des irritants,
·  - A (Analyser) : recherche des causes de non performance,
·  - I (Améliorer) : Benchmark dans le groupe Safran. Définir le processus cible, les moyens et compétences. Tester les solutions

·  - C (Pérenniser) : Écrire les standards d'application des processus et former les acteurs.
