Job description



Under the direction of SAFRAN China's Legal Director,

·  - Conduct legal research and preparing report in English on specific legislative evolutions;
·  - Involve in all the legal matters affecting any of the SAFRAN Group Companies with regard to their foreign and domestic activities in China;
·  - Day-to-day contract management (drafting, reviewing and negotiating of different agreements) and legal consultancy for all SAFRAN Group Companies' activities in China with respect to:  foreign investment related matters;
 employment ,labor and expatriate matters;
 Intellectual property rights;
 real estate;
 environment protection and safety related matter;
 competition regulations;
 disputes and litigation management;
 export control matters;
 taxation, etc.

·  - Corporate governance matters of SAFRAN Group Companies in China;

Job requirements

·  - Law degree(s) from reputable Chinese and/or overseas law school(s);  Fluent in English and Mandarin (both writing and speaking) and good command of computer skills;

·  - Dynamic and Team Spirits;
