Job description
• Performs quality related tasks at customer production and final assembly lines, including inspection, documentation and implementation of corrective actions.
• Writes corrective actions and follows up until closure.
• Records quality findings, updates quality metrics, and KPIs.
• Writes and delivers the engines quality documentation throughout the aircraft production process.
• Implements Quality expectations from authorities, engine manufacturers and customers.
• Implements the corrective actions from audits OSAC / Airbus / GE/ Safran Aircraft Engines.
• Takes part in internal audit process.
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.
• A large portion of this role is dedicated to office work.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Candidate skills & requirements
• Licensed A&P mechanic-preferred.
• Requires 2-5 years of experience in aerospace supporting engines.
• Knowledge of airworthiness requirements.
• Quality documentation writing
• Ability to read and understand drawings, manuals, and other technical documentation.
• Detailed knowledge of engine equipment.
• High degree of accuracy in following technical specifications.
• Ability to self-inspect work utilizing strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment and represent Safran Electrical & Power to the customer.
• Ability to adapt to continuously changing work conditions.
