Job description

To lead and coordinate all Quality related and problem solving activities pertaining to production including assembly shops, as applicable. Initially based in Assembly but to develop ability to operate throughout production environement

• Fully engaged member of the Quality Department (be part of the business solution)
• Proactive involvement with all other departmental functions from Engineering through Operations to Customer Support in coordination with Quality Management and its objectives
• Ensure applicable quality related milestones are clearly defined, monitored and coordinated
• Resolution of issues relating to Quality specifications / procedures / processes / forms / records
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual Quality requirements
• Coordination with MRB to rapidly resolve all product quality related issues / repetitiveness
• Analysis and action (resolve) root causes of all product deviations / snags related to the manufacturing assembly shop, wherever they occur within assembly and/or production process with their process owner(s)
• Work with supply chain group to ensure supplier performance using quality monitoring techniques
• Ensure compliance, application and usage of Corporate tools and techniques and their related activities
