Job description
1. Strategy, policies & project
- Establish, amend and implement HR strategy, policy and regulations to meet the company development needs
- Initiative or deployment HR project according head office instruction if applicable
2. Business support & organization development
- Work closely with line managers to define the training plan, succession plan and support the organization change management;
- Provide staffing service to management and expatriates; provide suggestion and advise to line manager for HR matters
3. Legal, process & employee relationship
- Lead the HR team and monitor the HR activities to ensure compliance with the corporate HR process and local law and regulations
- Deal with major HR issues, labor dispute, union, etc.
4.Compensation & benefits management
- Set up, adjust and monitor the salary and benefits system to ensure external competitive and internal fairness
5. Administration management
-Ensure adequate administration services provided, improve the employee satisfaction
6. Budgeting and control
- Make the Headcount plan, HR expense budget and control the spending;
7. Reporting & Communication
- Report and communicate to head office, management
8. HR team lead & coach
- Lead and coach the HR team to ensure the annual HR objectives are met, and continues improvement
Candidate skills & requirements
Desired profile
- Master degree majoring in HR management related.
- 5 year of HR experience in foreign investment enterprise with at least 3 years in HR management
- Good written and spoken communication skills, both in English and Chinese
- Open mind, team-work, humility, self-motivated, proactive and capability of working independently
