Role description

The main purpose of the HR Administrator role is to process all administration relating to the employee life cycle and to track and monitor HR processes whilst maintaining confidentiality.

As part of this role you'll be enrolled on CIPD level 3 or 5 (Dependant on experience)

• Undertake all internal recruitment administration process: log and respond to speculative applications as and when required, manage Etalent (the recruitment system), arrange interviews, support with the production of recruitment correspondence.
• New starters: produce and send out offers of employment- create offer letters, offer packs and new starter files. Ensure that all necessary employment checks, references and adhoc paperwork for new starters is completed and returned to the HR Department. Manage the on-boarding process and Deliver the HR induction. Administer the Company Induction Day. Manage and update Red Carpet (onboarding system).
• Student placement apprenticeship and VIE: sourcing, interviews, induction & general support.
• Leavers: administer the process for employees leaving the business, ensure the exit interview process takes place in a timely manner, providing summary analysis reports are provided.
• Occupational Health administration: organise new starter medicals and management referral appointments, organise the Occupational Health diary in a timely manner.
• Employment changes: produce correspondence for all changes to employee terms and conditions as directed including changes to job titles/salary/department transfers.
• HR correspondence: produce correspondence for all HR processes including flexible working, maternity, paternity/parental leave/adoption/probation/career breaks/holiday requests/references.
• Absence management administration: log all absence on the absence tracker including the return of return to work interviews and sickness payment forms.
• Employee Files: Maintain employee files.
• Communication: Update internal communication (updating the notice boards).
• Process invoices and purchase requisitions on SAP and track HR Team Spend.
• General office administration: Organise post, stationary and ensure HR cupboards are open/closed at start/end of day.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as and when may be required
• Support with the review of systems and documentation
