Apprenti Ingénieur Gestion de production H/F

Job description

Au sein de la Direction Maintenance Moteurs Militaires le projet s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un chantier d'amélioration "one safran" sur la ligne de maintenance des moteurs TYNE (moteur du TRANSALL et ATL2).
Objectif :
a) Réaliser les évaluations sur 2 standards : "Organisation de la ligne" et "5S"
b) Sur la base des évaluations, définir en groupe de travail le plan d'actions permettant le passage au niveau supérieur pour l'ensemble du périmètre de chacun des 2 standards.
c) Faire valider au responsable d'atelier les solutions retenues
c) Déployer les solutions
d) Contrôler les résultats obtenus

Pour ce faire un pilotage en mode projet sera à déployer, avec mise en place d'un planning et d'un budget associé.
Les moyens mis en oeuvre seront essentiellement le pilotage de l'équipe projet et le développement d'outils de pilotage/reporting des flux et de la charge au poste ainsi que les outils 5S.
Pour l'analyse des flux, il faudra s'appuyer sur les modèles 3D de implantation d'atelier (Réalité Virtuelle).
