Accompagnement à la mise en place d'une industrialisation de la gestion des stocks sous SAP
Analyse des stocks dormants et actions d'optimisation
Traitement des écarts de stocks et pilotage ferraillage si nécessaire
Gestion des données sous l'ERP
Mise en place des inventaires tournants
