Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Lead e-commerce activities, including new tools / systems requested by Customers (Ariba, etc.)
Lead toll reconciliation process in alignment with Finance and Grain Dept. reporting requirements
Lead consignment process in order to ensure seamless execution by Customer Care and Invoicing
Lead market demand tracking towards higher level of accuracy (supply and demand)
Liaison with Demand Planning regarding Foundation Forecasting
Assist with pricing management in line with Target and Floor expectations, incl. logging of Echo pricing info within Qlik
Monitor contracting activity (Non-toll/ Toll/ Re bates)
Set up PROSPECT accounts requested through proper systems
Support and follow the sales activity and productivity (Customer Visits, NPS follow up, Sales Funnel Value ..)
Pivotal Key user
Add and modify documents and forms to Americas Commercial area in ONE Portal

Key processes:
All  sales processes

Key competencies requirement :
Functional : BO (Business Objects) user  and other IT Tools including  PIVOTAL,
Managerial : ability to work in a matrix organisation, good communication et initiative,
proposal push, Intelligence market  capacity .

Qualifications:
CRM experience (E.G. Pivotal)
Bachelors Degree in Sales or Finance
3-5 years relevant experience
