Job Description

·  To handle shift operation of Maize Derivative production  
·  Achieving production as per planand to ensure manpower planning / deployment for Maize Derivative
·  Handling the production activity of the individual shift with prime responsibility of safety & quality
·  Achieving given month targets as per given norms.
·  Handling &extraction of work from permanent &contract workers as per guidance.
·  Implementing of company polices to the down the lines. 
·  Coordination with other departments.& With coworkers.  Maintaining basic discipline in the plant.
