Job Description

Position purpose :

- Responsible for the replacement of vacant positions when workshop employees  are on leave or unable to work for other reasons. In line with GMP requirements and food safety requirements, production targets are completed on time, by quality, and quantity, ensuring that production is performed in a safe and orderly manner.- Work under the direct command of the day shift leader, strictly implement the company's and the production department's guidelines, policies and rules and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

- Familiar with the operation procedures of various sections of the powder workshop.

- Responsible for the work of employees in the powder plant when they are on leave or unable to work for other reasons.

- Responsible for filling in the production records of on-duty positions.

- Responsible for the cleaning of equipment belonging to the duty position.

- Responsible for the cleaning of the sanitary areas to which the on-duty jobs belong.

- Responsible for timely reporting of abnormal test results in the production process.

- Assist in the collection of production parameters and investigation of production deviations.

- During the normal day shift, assist day shift leader to complete his daily work.

- While in place of employees at work, obey the command of shift leaders.

- While in place of the shift leader, perform the duties of the leader.

- To supervise the behavior  (safety and quality) of others when they enter the area to which the job belongs; when it is found that others have misconduct, let them correct it; if they do not listen to the persuader, report to the day shift leader or workshop manager in time.

Requirements:

- Good communication skill.

- 2 years or more experience in production.

- College education or higher, major in pharmaceutical or related.

- age: 20 - 30.
