The Opportunity:

As the Zone Coordinator you will act as the primary contact and respond to internal and external inquiries concerning processes, programs, or procedures. This role assists the East Zone leadership Team with special programs, projects, and/or sales initiatives.

Job Facts:

• Researches, collects and analyzes a wide variety of complex data and information requests. Maintains confidential records and files.

• Prepares routine to complex status reports and presentations for leadership stakeholders.

• Disseminates information to internal and field-based employees regarding new campaigns, process or procedures.

• Maintains sales rosters for various teams and assists with on/off-boarding field employees. Responsible for updating organizational structure in the HR System.

• Schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries supporting Area Leaders and Regional Business Managers.

• Serves as the liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, or operations.

• Schedules candidates and interviewers for hiring. Ensures LSO training curricula is maintained and area and regional teams are in compliance. Schedules performance discussions as needed.

• Coordinates all associated activities and adheres to established completion timelines.

Who you are:

•Associate's degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years' administrative experience which includes providing support to a senior leader of an organization.

• Strong organization and planning skills
• Ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously
• Effective and efficient oral and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
