· Job facts
Training Administration:
· organizes and co-ordinates local and global training courses for the Global Customer Support (GCS)
· supports the trainers in all tasks of training organization
· manages all product training courses and participants in the Learning Management System Cornerstone
· supports the Regional Execution Team in North America (NAM) for GCS training setup in Cornerstone
· manages GCS staff training courses and -profiles in the Learning Management System Cornerstone according to quality requirements
Business Support:
· is responsible for organizing travel, workshops, seminars and events for the GCS
· is responsible for the time management
· assists in projects and supports in general administrative tasks
Requirements:
· Strong communicator in English and Spanish at full professional proficiency
· Excellent organizational & administration skills with close attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
· Experience in event and travel management
· Has a high service focus; is able to work independently
· You are a team player and willing to work for several persons in an international environment and across cultures
· You are a quick learner and you show proactivity, flexibility and initiative, able to cope with stress
· Valuable to have good knowledge of a Learning Management System like Cornerstone
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, SAP, R2R,
