Compensation Partner
To strengthen our team at Rotkreuz, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Compensation Partner. We are a highly recognized centre of expertise and provide value-adding solutions in the area of compensation and benefits management to support Roche's strategic goal of being an employer of choice and a great place to work. Your overall objective is to act as a sparring partner to HR Business Partners and recruiters for all Swiss compensation topics on key talent priorities – attract, retain & engage.
Your other responsibilities are:
· You consult on Total Rewards principles & processes, bring to bear & optimize existing practices
· You liaise with various partners to deliver innovative compensation solutions that fit the business
· You help to prepare, coordinate and execute the annual compensation review as well as off-cycle compensation needs
· You provide support to recruiters and HR Business Partners with offers for new hires and promotions
· You provide regular internal analytics on compensation practices at individual or aggregate level; conduct market reviews to evaluate competitiveness at industry and country level
· You design & deliver compensation training for HR professionals & line management
· You lead & participate in total rewards projects
Who you are:
You hold a university degree or equivalent and have several years of experience in HR/Rewards combined with a sound experience in compensation.
You have experience working for large & complex organizations and can adapt to competing priorities. You are comfortable with global Rewards concepts but sensitive to local challenges.
In addition, the following skills and competencies are required:
· You have strong communication & influencing skills for stakeholder management and good team working skills.
· Analytic thinking, curiosity, the ability to think out of the box and find innovative solutions
· Dedicated, pragmatic and result-oriented approach and the ability to deal with ambiguity and to work with a degree of autonomy
· Fluent English both written and spoken, German is an asset
