This is a Co-Op position and the ideal candidate would start in January 2020 and end in June - August 2020, working 40 hours a week.

The Roche Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Marketing Co-Op to assist with various exciting Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, and Talent Acquisition Projects. Talent Marketing is essential for the company to attract, recruit and retain the right talent, and helps to secure the achievement of the company's business plan.

·  Assist with full-cycle targeted branding campaigns on various social media platforms
·  Collaborate with Communications on content creation for external & internal campaigns (social media posts, career blogs, employee blogs, event teasers, etc.)
·  Design media and creative assets for SoMe, print & digital marketing collateral
·  Assist with content screening, reviewing, and updating for Roche Careers Website
·  Provide analytics on targeted social media campaigns to measure ROI
·  Assist with content screening, reviewing, and updating for Roche Careers Website
·  Assist with event planning and coordination with Communications for large conference
·  Coordinate and help with event planning for Summer @ Roche Intern Program in the summer months, which includes email communication, event coordination, and running workshops


·  Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing
·  Have desire or learning interests in Human Resources
·  Have completed at least 2 years of college (in final year of B.S. program, preferred)
·  Photoshop & Indesign experience required
·  Experience working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
·  Experience working social media campaigns
·  Journalism and copywriting experience preferred
·  Strong communication skills with internal and external audience as well as excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
·  Passion for digital creative design and storytelling
