Your day to day responsibilities are:

The Global Recruitment Team in Budapest is looking for an ambitious Talent Discovery Specialist , who will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talents in support of hiring at Roche's Genentech campus in San Francisco. The Budapest Global Recruitment Team is at the heart of Roche's Talent Acquisition: we are supporting the digital recruitment strategy (digital employer branding on social media and on our career web pages, as well as advising the global community) and also being responsible of the tactics (identifying and influencing talent for our hard to fill positions). This team is expanding further, to provide dedicated support for our Genentech colleagues in California, USA. In your role you will be responsible to support our c ommercial leaders (Sales, Marketing, Product Strategy etc.) with finding the talent for their open positions. You will utilise available candidate sources and identify new sourcing channels to attract talents. You will be building and managing large data sets for various skill sets across Genentech's functions. You will be managing candidate data records and working and collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition professionals at Genentech.

As a qualified expert, your responsibilities will:

· 
Identify potential candidates by utilizing available candidate sources globally (e.g. Genentech candidate pools, LinkedIn, conference programs attendee lists, publication lists, social media and other innovative methods), also identify new sourcing channels to attract talents

· 
Leverage online information to build list of data sets on potential talent for the Talent Acquisition team (mapping, name generation)

· 
Utilize various data acquisition and web mining methods to acquire information related to candidates (e.g. contact and professional background information)

· 
Proactively contact potential candidates (typically via email or social media) and assessing their availability and suitability for current or future positions at Genentech

· 
Manage the campaign execution aspects of a broader recruitment strategy supporting various Talent Acquisition partners within the organization

· 
Update and maintain applicant tracking system and CRM as needed, track and report required metrics.

· 
Participate in Talent Acquisition projects as required.
