Title: Supply Chain Data Analyst (2 positions available)

Roche Pharma has begun to transform the way we plan our supply chain, including manufacturing, distribution, sales and procurement operations. As part of a global multi-year project, we are designing and implementing new business processes and technologies in the area of Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Detailed Scheduling). We are looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst based in Mississauga to support us on managing all aspects of data on this journey. This includes leading data migrations, data audits and analytics, initial maintenance of data in the new system, establishing data rules, coordination of changes and improvements within the global data network.

The role will based in Mississauga but will closely collaborate with the central project team based in Kaiseraugst/Switzerland.

Your primary duties & responsibilities:

·  Become a member of the ASPIRE Supply Chain Planning Project Team and support the projects' Data & Analytics Lead (based in Kaiseraugst) on all aspects related to data and analytics, during all phases of the project (project time-line currently planned till 2024).
·  Apply and further develop advanced data migration tools and procedures
·  Define and document data maintenance procedures for the new Planning System
·  Define data rules and work with the global network on transferring the rules into the business
·  Analyze existing data from legacy systems and identify improvement opportunities before data migration, to ensure an accurate and clean set of data is being used.
·  Understand the new global planning processes and identify improvement opportunities through the use of additional data (i.e. improving the supply chain model, digitizing real world constraints)
·  Execute regular data audits and consistency checks to continuously ensure best output
·  Collaborate with other data initiatives at Roche
·  This project role will be pioneering a new technology at Roche and will be well prepared to move into various operational roles after the project such as Supply Chain data scientist (quantitative modelling), Supply Chain Data Management or Supply Chain Planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

You hold a Bachelor's degree (mandatory) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering or other is preferred.

You also have 3-5 years of related work experience, ideally in Supply Chain. In addition, the ideal candidate will bring:

·  ·Experience with and deep understanding of core SAP ERP Supply Chain processes
·  Experience with Supply Chain Planning Tools such as SAP APO or OMP.
·  ·Experience with languages/data analytics tools like Python, R, Tableau
·  Experience working in a dynamic, global project environment is a plus
·  ·Supply chain certifications (e.g. APICS) are a plus

Competencies & Skills:

·  Able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in fluent written & spoken English
·  Able to foster multi-functional partnership and influence agreement without authority in a global community, and across multiple locations and time-zones. Willing to travel as required.
·  Strong consulting and customer service skills, able to organize and handle multiple projects
·  You are thorough and have a problem-solving mindset, actively tackling problems before and as they arise
·  Motivated self-starter able to succeed despite ambiguity and uncertainty, and with minimal supervision
