TheSupply Chain Controllerisresponsibleforproductforecastinganddemandplanning, warehouse management and order management functionsforRocheDiabetes CareAustralia(RDCA)business.ThispositionalsohasfullaccountabilityfortheRDCAdirectprocurementfunction covering stockpurchase,monitoringorders,maintainingefficientstocklevels,planningparametersinmasterdataandforecasting.Additionally,thispositionencompasseswarehouse and logistics responsibilities in conjunction with our business partner DHL, and direct responsibility over processing of customer orders, liaising with key accounts and our inward and outward bound freight forwarders.

To be successful in this position, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

Inventory Performance and SupplyChain

·  Assist with the management of RDCA supply chain by co-ordination of Product Forecasting and Demand Planning Parameters.
·  DIFOT / Perfect order concept: Managed by improving product availability for planned materials, correct status- QI, blocked.
·  Maintaining sufficient stock levels.
·  Closely liaise with Freight company to ensure all customer enquiries are actioned in a timely manner.
·  Ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner with resolution at the first contact.

Forecasting Accuracy

·  Ensureordersareaccurateandtimely.
·  Manage Write-offs vs budget.
·  ConsolidatedinventorySOHvaluevs budget.
·  MonitorCDIvs budget including GIT.

Order Management

·  Monitor and ensure prompt processing of e-order types, including customer orders, internal orders and consignment freezers.

·  Ensure all purchase orders are entered into SAP within the required timeframe as well as managing standing orders.
·  Evaluate,implementandmonitorsystems,processesandprocedurestoenhanceefficiencyacrossthesupplychain.
·  Conductrootcauseanalysis,whennecessary.
·  Documentingpoliciestosupportthefunctionandprocesses.
·  Develop/preparereportsto assistwithhighlightingareasforimprovementsfortheteamandDiabetesCaretoworktowardsmeetingkeyinventoryKPI

Process ImprovementandSystemsManagement

·  Act asRDCA'skeyuserforMaterialManagement,MaterialMasterforSAPandparticipatinginrelevantprojectsasrequired.

Teamwork

·  DevelopandmaintaineffectiveandprofessionalworkingrelationshipswithallRDCAandRDCcolleagues.
·  Continuallyquestioningexistingprocessesandmethodsforcontinualimprovement;overcomingobstaclestochange.

·  5 years Warehouse and Logistics experience
·  Strong knowledge and user of SAP
