You will be working as an IT Expert within an international sub-regional business IT support group with focus on Central and Eastern Europe. You will be representative of the support group in your country as well as a subject matter expert in your competence are. Your job will be equally split between support activities of the key and end users in the countries in question and consulting and sharing and driving best practices across the countries. Your area of responsibility will be CRM systems. Position is located in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Responsibilities
- Activities regarding all front and back office processes and related systems with focus on:
·  Sales, Marketing
·  Enterprise CRM system (salesforce.com)
·  Reporting (Enterprise CRM data warehouse)
·  Integration topics
- Perform key and end user support
- Implement process and system changes in the countries
- Execute change and test coordination of change requests/new functionalities
- Perform cross country end user trainings
- Drive harmonized best practice business processes
- Organize knowledge sharing within the team and between countries

We are looking for a positive and independent professional with 2-4 year experience in user or application IT support preferably in pharmaceutical industry. Requirements for successful candidate:

- Knowledge of business processes in field of sales & marketing in a sales organization
- Knowledge about Sales and Marketing reporting
- Solid experience in the area of CRM preferably salesforce.com (IT, business admin or key user level)
- Project Management skills
- Intercultural experience
- Good communication skills
- Team-player yet capable of individual contribution if required
- Advanced level of English is a must (fluent verbal and written communication), advanced or native level of Slovak
- Willingness to travel
- University degree (IT, Business administration or similar)
