Global Procurement delivers value to Roche by leveraging market knowledge, subject matter expertise and business insights in the procurement of goods and services of Roche's third party spend.
Through ongoing collaboration with our suppliers and internal business partners, Global Procurement supports Roche in bringing what patients need next.

As part of Global Procurement, the Capability Building team is striving for creative, agile and digital solutions to ensure that our learning and development portfolio keeps our professionals current and provide them with the proper knowledge and insights.

Your Internship

During your internship you will gain practical insights in the world of our 'Capability Building' team. In particular, you will get to know the following areas of responsibility:

·  Training
·  Knowledge Management
·  Market Intelligence
·  Talent Management

During your internship you will be an integrated member of our team and have the opportunity to drive sub-initiatives of the above mentioned areas.

Your Profile

Your skills for the position are:

·  You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in the field of Economics, Psychology or IT.
·  You could already gain first experience in working in an international environment
·  Besides being highly motivated you also bring a high degree of self-organization
·  You are fluent in spoken and written English

Duration: The position can be filled in parallel to your master program at the university. This means full time during the semester break and 1 day per week during the semester.
