We are offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on work experience and insights into Talent Acquisition as well as wider HR topics during a very dynamic year at Roche. This role be an integral part of our Group Functions TA team, managing recruiting activities across various client groups. In addition, you will lead and support a range of global initiatives during 2020, enabling our organization to adapt to new technologies and new ways of working.

During your internship, you are responsible for the following:

·  Candidate sourcing, application screening and assessment
·  Handling of candidate workflow using our e-recruitment system “Workday”
·  Partnering with Talent Scouts, Recruiters, business departments and HR colleagues globally
·  Supporting the team with reports and presentations, as well as actively looking for process improvements
·  With time, you will also be able to have more responsibility and handle recruiting processes from start to finish

You are a student in the final year of your Bachelor or Master degree (with a certificate of enrollment) ideally with a first work experience in HR. You are proficient in German and English

Furthermore, you bring the following competencies and qualifications:

·  Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with a high sense for quality and professional management of administrative tasks
·  Creative, persistent, driven and eager to learn
·  Ambitious self-starter with confident and detailed attitude towards complex tasks and contents
·  Excellent communicator across different hierarchical levels, with a service oriented attitude
·  Knowledge of MS Office and social media tools
·  Previous project experience would be a plus

The ideal starting date of this internship is February 2020 for 6 months
