The Pharma Technical Operations (PT) Global Quality Learning & Development team is responsible for offering training consulting, Learning Management System (LMS) administration and training logistics and program management to the department PT Global Quality.

The Intern Project Coordinator will provide project management support to the PT Global Quality Learning & Development team. This will include supporting routine operational activities, coordinating the administrative aspects of multiple projects and working with Training Managers to troubleshoot client requests.

The Project Coordinator will also support the Training Management team by identifying, analyzing and fulfilling client requests in a proactive, well-organized and customer-oriented manner.

Your tasks as intern would be to :

·  Provide hosting and hands-on support for the learning events on-site, including support with event and catering setup and logistics
·  Support the planning, coordination, documentation and tracking of project activities as well as the program implementation including scheduling and logistics
·  Support Project Lead, Training Manager and/or Instructional Designer to organize meetings including creating agendas, tracking and documenting meeting information and create presentations based on general instructions
·  Plan and execute transactional learning administration requests through internal request system and Learning Management Intake tool as well as complete and manage training forms for processing in the Learning Management System
·  Create and maintain project plans, schedules, update and monitor project timelines and notify Training Manager of schedule impacts and problems
·  Schedule and organize meetings; prepare meeting materials, notes, summary reports; document meeting plans, decisions and action items

Your Profile

You are enrolled in a Business, Life Science or similar course with focus on project management. Most important is that you bring a project management mindset and a keen interest in interaction with diverse stakeholders in a global matrix organization.

Furthermore you are / have :

·  Strong service orientation
·  Advanced skills in stakeholder management in a global matrix setting
·  Detail orientation and a structured, well organized working style
·  Ability to draft and manage project plans
·  Pro-active and independent work style
·  Affinity to working with IT systems
·  Proficient in English, German or French are a plus
