Our purpose is to bring alive the Innovation Lab concept of Kaiseraugst. The Innovation Lab team is responsible for the Innovation Lab and has the commitment to create a disruptive and innovative mindset/environment within the Basel innovation Hub.

Via Innovation Lab events and initiatives we want to contribute enabling the digital future, we want to connect IT and Business supporting new models in personalized healthcare. To do so we connect with tech communities within and outside of Roche and we offer connections and environment to be inspired and create value via innovation. You will work with the Lab Director out of Roche Kaiseraugst.

In this position you will:

·  Bring to life the Innovation Lab concept and activities
·  Deal with cutting edge technology and trends engaging with subject matter communities
·  Inspire and foster activities by shaping the agenda of the Innovation Lab (with themes around digitalization, personalized healthcare, data analytics, TedTalk, AI, Virtual Reality and any new tech trends)
·  Bring innovative ideas and concepts from the outside in

You are an enrolled student in a Master program with a focus on technology and you are familiar with topics like Blockchain, Chatbots, Big Data, Advanced Analytics or similar. You are enthusiastic about new tech trends and you are interested in expanding your experience, being exposed to cutting edgy IT and process transformation in a world leading healthcare company and you have a creative, out of the box thinking, innovative, entrepreneurial mindset.

Moreover you are/have:

·  Motivated to create and help other people create solutions/POCs with great user experience and value
·  Basic knowledge of usability principles and user-centered design methodology and design thinking
·  You want to develop organizational and coordination skills
·  You engage easily with people and have proficient English skills (German is a plus)
