You will be part of the Document and Knowledge Management team in Global Engineering located in Basel.

Global Engineering leads major capital projects in the area of building, laboratory, biotechnology and automation, globally.

Our target is identifying innovative solutions and processes for Document and Knowledge Management in our team consisting of 3 people within a bigger organization in Global Engineering and Strategy with 200 people.

As a intern in the Document and Knowledge Management team your main tasks will include :

·  You will work in close collaboration within our team and support us in developing and identifying innovative solutions for Knowledge Management
·  You will develop electronic workflows for electronic document approval in our document management system, after learning the tool.
·  You will support us in Document and Data Migration
·  With your “fresh pair of eyes” you will bring innovative ideas to the team

What you will take out of this internship :

·  You will learn about systems, tools and best practices to effectively share Knowledge in Global Engineering
·  You will learn and then be able to develop electronic document handling in projects

Your Profile

You are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student in Business Informatics, Business Engineering or Business Chemistry and are interested to learn about Electronic Document Management Systems, looking for an opportunity to support our team for 6 to 12 month.

Moreover you are/have :

·  Experience in Electronic Document Management Systems, e.g. Microsoft SharePoint 2016
·  Good communication skills
·  Understanding what Knowledge Management means
·  Fluent in English and German
