You will work within the Business Excellence function of the Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) Operations department where the focus is to enable pRED to achieve its strategic objectives through driving and providing operational excellence and business transformation to support scientists within the drug discovery and development process.

You will join the ‘Transformation' Centre Team that provides the capabilities of Organisational Development, Change Management and Programme & Project Management to transformation initiatives within pRED. Collectively they transform operational challenges into effective solutions and consult, guide and support pREDs long-term sustainable transformation process. Your focus will be to support the development of change frameworks and materials as well as change projects and processes.

During your internship your tasks and responsibilities will depend on your degree of proactivity and independency and include :

·  Collaborate in the organization and preparation of change management interventions (e.g. logistics and coordination of workshops, meetings, design sessions, trainings etc.)
·  Drive and/or assist in creating, planning and executing targeted stakeholder Engagement and change communication in projects
·  Assist in project and change management related data compilation (e.g. stakeholder analysis and tracking)
·  Touch Point/Intranet Site design, administration and support
·  Assume responsibility for administrative project tasks

Your Profile

We are looking for a high-energy Master student enrolled at a university of applied sciences or research university studying business administration, economics, social science, communication/media or similar field of study.

Ideally you have initial experience in the field of Project Management and bring a keen interest in organizational development/change management.

Moreover you are/have :

·  good dose of organizational sensitivity, customer orientation and adequate English communication skills.
·  good human relations skills and intercultural competence.
·  focus on details with respect to data collection and analysis activities.
·  excellent analytical and conceptual skills and an independent working style
·  independent, dedicated, critical and not afraid to work hard
·  interest and the ability to learn about procedures and operations.
·  Good skills in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint
