As a Sr. Quality Control Technician , you will conducts routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process finished formulations and/or customer returned finished product according to standard operating procedures. You will perform biochemical and/or chemical analyses of product to ensure stability. You will compile data for documentation of test procedures that may include biochemical and chemical assays, stability program testing, formulation studies and/or investigations related to customer returned finished products. You will calibrate and maintains lab equipment as required. You will participate in the preparation of investigations, summaries and reports. You may develop testing or new investigation methods. You will reviews data obtained for compliance to specifications and reports abnormalities. You will revise and update standard operating procedures as needed. You may perform special projects on analytical and instrument problem solving or on process improvements. You may participate in global product discussions and perform in depth analysis on global complaint cases.

As a Sr. Quality Control Technician , you will learn and develop professional expertise. You will apply company policy and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. You will work on projects of limited to moderate scope. You will exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices. You will receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. You will interact with peers and stakeholders as required to complete tasks.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

Revises and updates standard operating procedures as needed.

May perform special projects on analytical and instrument problem solving.

Requirements:

· 
Bachelor's degree in scientific or technical field with 1 years related experience or Associate's degree in scientific or technical field with 3 years of related experience

· 
Specialized or advanced training in science, electronics or related field

Preferred:

· 
Intermediate computer knowledge, including basic understanding of Microsoft Office software, SAP, ELN

· 
3+ years' experience working in laboratory environment

· 
3+ years' technical or scientific experience

· 
Experience in Quality Environment

· 
Experience with process improvement
