You will be responsible for acting as (Sr.) Finance Business Analysis Specialist to support business areas from finance perspective, involve in customer buying cycle, deliver insights to business decisions and maximize business value, considering medical reform, compliance and simplification.

·  Supporting proposal analysis and deal calculation for key account customers, ensuring follow local authority law and Roche compliance rules
·  Supporting financial analysis for current price reform, sunshine procurement and two-tier invoice provinces
·  Supporting ad hoc financial analysis/evaluations to support management decisions and support sales campaign and performance management
·  Performing key and potential customer site visit periodically
·  Supporting company business related projects (e.g. Strategic Pricing Project implementation) and business area Sales & Marketing projects
·  Proactively learning best practice in the industry, optimize existing processes to improve operation efficiency

You should hold:

·  Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance

You should have:

·  3~ 6 years of relevant experience required in public accounting / audit / finance team
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong data analysis/technical skills and Mandarin required, and familiar with Accounting & controlling operation process
·  Ability/experience in handling sensitive/complex matters in a professional manner
