The position

We are seeking a Service Engineer who will be responsible for performing field service support for our business areas such as Professional Diagnostics, Molecular Diagnostics and Tissue Diagnostics, and carrying out activities relating to instrument troubleshooting, instrument installation, instrument preventive maintenance procedures and other issues of instrument after sales service to the satisfaction of the customers. You will also be required to provide efficient and excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Profil recherché

Who you are

You should ideally possess a minimum Diploma in Electronics and/or Mechatronics Engineering, with at least 2 years of working experience in a relevant service field. Any experience with clinical instruments in a hospital environment or knowledge of laboratory workflow will be an added advantage. A customer-oriented team player with good communication skills, you should be willing to work outside normal office hours.
