  Job facts

Installation

·  Prepare, perform, and complete HW and SW installation procedure
·  Support installation dedicated team according to monthly based schedule

Repairing/Troubleshooting

·  Take customer’s call and perform technical troubleshooting to secure reliability from customer
·  Be responsible for closing technical call from customer site and report to line manager
·  24 hours technical support by call and visiting

Maintenance

·  Arrange and run preventive maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled)
·  Maintain and manage PM table and prepare involved spare part or consumables

Spare Part Management

·  Order on monthly basis and monitor spare part inventory volume
·  Manage used spare part and support physical delivery to other site
·  Run RA procedure (Return Authorization) on quarterly basis

Modification

·  Plan and run modification procedure (HW/SW, mandatory/non-mandatory– Upgrade etc.)
·  Update modification status and review technical documentation (e.g. service bulletin)

Application Support

·  Collaborate the critical data claim with application specialist as solution center
·  Monitor and complete various technical problem with efficient way
·  Support application routine workflows (e.g. application setting, evaluation, operator training)

Rexis

·  Input performance data on rexis-aurora and review the results
·  Other action as aurora end user – service quality input data (login time, SIQ)

Others

·  GCS communication : Aurora and direct communication
·  Manage demo instrument
·  Support sales/marketing activities (e.g. congress, workshop, demonstration etc.)
·  Provide and update the service information on regular basis (e.g. service bulletin, letter)

Technical documentation : service manual, user guide, operational guide
