  Job facts
- You will be responsible for Plan & conduct IT training need collection & analysis, and define EDSL annual IT training planning; - To research, design and deliver a range of IT training courses, ensuring the improvement of end user's IT services experience and end user daily productivity; - Leverage internal IT resource or external partners, to design and delivering of new training programs to meet identified needs within the workforce; - Be sure the IT training program delivery quality ,and cooperate with IT internal & external partner to conduct training improvement activities. Timely update the whole IT training programs status with stakeholder; - According to different user scenarios, design & deliver end user service program to improve IT tools & service user experience. - Plan & design user engagement event & activities during IT tools & service roll-out; - To conduct RDSL user analysis and define the end user profiles to support design user-orientated IT service; - Cooperate with IT quality team, to deliver end user service life cycle management, and monitor end user service deliver status by user interview and feedback collection; - According to end user feedback, plan & deliver user experience improvement program; - Provide configured IT devices(computer,mobile phone & printer)to RDSL Sr. manager's team.
