Sales Representative (3 roles, 2 permanent and 1 temporary)

Field Based. Portugal

The Sales Representative builds strong long-term relationships with key customers by optimizing and mobilizing promotional resources. This role is accountable for all promotional interactions with customers within assigned area with the objective of achieving sales and market share goals. Representatives are responsible for developing and implementing area, account and customer plans aligned with the successful implementation of the brand strategy and tactics.

Incumbents need to collaborate with colleagues to ensure they are coordinating efforts within the account to deliver excellent solutions based on customer and patient needs.

Job Accountabilities

Deliver sales in line with and exceeding Company targets. Promote and support the use of products to the end user, key decision makers and stakeholders. Collaborate, develop and implement the account, customer and brand strategy. Autonomously manage the budget (if existing) and deliver all administration tasks required. Adhere to all relevant corporate, compliance and legal standards.

To champion the customer voice in Roche by sharing feedback & experiences and advocating for company improvement. To help develop, champion and apply digital innovations.

You must be dedicated to self development, maintaining a high level of therapeutic and product knowledge, self awareness and fully understand the need for life long learning.


·  A degree is mandatory (in Science or Medical is preferred)
·  Proficient in the use of technology
·  High level of Portuguese and English language skills
·  A demonstrable commitment to personal development
·  The ambition to grow inside the organization and the ability to relocate to the Lisbon area or globally in case of future career development.
·  Previous experience of working in an environment that demands perseverance, determination and high levels of interpersonal skills.
·  Experience of working in the Hospital setting is preferred although not essential.

Candidates should be available to attend an assessment centre on 25th and/or 26th July
