Objectives and Scope of Position:
Through various promotion and seminar, convey key product information to medical practitioners with required visit frequency to achieve set promotional sales target.
- Achievement of Promotion target.
- Achievement of Key Sales Performance Indicators.
- Development of professional relationships with Medical Practitioners
- Grow Market Share of Promoted products within assigned territory
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
‧ Assist in the design and implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with supervisor and marketing colleagues
‧ Assess territory potential, and develop and implement territory action plan
‧ Regularly update target customer profile and prioritization
2. Account & Brand Management
‧ Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists to build product advocacy
‧ Appropriate use of CRM system to develop and implement required call plan
‧ Effectively deliver key messages to the right target customers
3. Performance Management
‧ Align with supervisor to set working objective and task
‧ Collect, analyze and report market/competition information on time based on business requirements
4. Finance Management
‧ Manage budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy
5. Team Management
‧ Work closely and collaboratively with other team members
‧ Keep proactively learning product and disease knowledge and promotion skills to realize continuous self-improvement
‧ Adhere to the relevant local SOPs, reporting all drug safety or product complaints/counterfeits, within ONE working day
‧ Attend annual drug safety and product complaints/counterfeit training
