You will be responsible for:
· Providing timely and effective sales database and analysising to sales team. Assisting in REXIS system establishment, development and maintenance.
· Maintaining the customer data base. Using REXIS to maintain up-to-date customer records
· Providing effective data management support for Sales team to accomplish yearly Sales objective
· Managing business sales data for routine and management report. Accurately compiling and report statistics
· Leading team to provide prompt and accurating sales data support
· Developing team members to be completely qualified for their job
· Maintaining sales commission records; generating sales reports and statistics.
· Evaluating and developing a team of business development analyst professionals to ensure that projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
· Assisting Business Development Manager in preparing documents for government authorities, distributors and customers.
· Refering Business Development need to appropriate contacts within the organization to ensure prompt follow-up.
· Assisting channel management team to optimize distributor management so that the distributors' strength and strategy align with Roche's long-term development strategy.
· Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
· Conducting business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
· Understanding and fulfilling the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
You should have:
· Bachelor Degree in Appropriate discipline
· Good command of English in both spoken and written
· Good command of MS office software application,Access/VBA preferred
· Product & Application Expertise
· At least 5 years' experience in similar industry
