The Position:
We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Tissue Diagnostics Department on an 18-month maternity leave contract. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, we envisage that our new team member will integrate into the team and provide a valuable contribution in the following areas:
· Provide administrative support for the Business Area Manager, Product Manager, National Sales Manager, and National Applications Manager, as well as provide administrative support for the Tissue Diagnostics team
· Prepare training manuals and support materials
· Manage conference/event co-ordination and planning
· Data entry and database maintenance and co-ordination of direct mail and marketing campaigns
· Act as the point of contact for Tissue Diagnostic marketing requests
· Co-ordinate travel and logistical requirements.
· Maintain stock levels of marketing materials and appropriate distribution of materials
· Raise purchase orders as required linking to promotional spending spreadsheets
· Assist National Sales Manager with Tender submissions and Project Management administration.
· Be responsible for updating and training for the online mobile marketing tool.
· Be responsible for Quality and Regulatory administration for Tissue Diagnostics.

· Have strong keyboard skills and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
· Be experienced with data base management.
· Have strong communication skills (both written and oral) and exceptional attention to detail.
· Be customer orientated.
