Supports Roche Diagnostics Solutions - Quality Management Systems (QMS) Training Compliance

· 
Supports Training Services activities for the organization. Creating and assigning training courses and qualifications.

· 
Establishing training metrics for training compliance and the control of quality records.

· 
Ensuring documents and records meet quality standards prior to the submission for review and approval

· 
Maintains Change Management program for changes impacting Training; assists with Change Request review and implementation

· 
Assists with nonconformance investigation and root cause analysis to ensure NCR/CAPA are completed in a timely manner;

· 
Ensures continuous improvement of the Training Program. Work with Process and Change Owners on training requirements and risk assessments.

· 
Provide assistance in maintaining training and competency records. Monitor for compliance. Work with supervisors to ensure new hires are assigned the appropriate training. Providing reports as needed to functions as requested

· 
Using web based software to develop e-learning modules. Imparting qualifications for forms and rosters into the LMS for RMS staff.

· 
Assigning requirements in the training system to functions as requested.

· 
Maintain records and proper documentation for Training, Competency, Annual Training Matrix Reviews.

· 
Communicate and escalate any quality issues or concerns to management

Education: Associates Degree In a scientific discipline, business administration, or other related technical field.

Experience: 0 to 2 years in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry focusing on quality systems procedures, regulatory affairs/compliance, project management, controlled documentation, product labeling, or change control. 2- 4 years of experience preferred.
