Your day to day responsibilities are:

As a Quality Assurance & Excellence Analyst , you will be responsible for assessing the quality and performance of our Roche People Support Solutions and Learning business processes as delivered through the operational teams, as well as driving continuous improvement and process innovation. You will ensureappropriate process execution, servicing regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Your key responsibilities:

· 
Developing and implementing quality processes and procedures based on global framework and standards, d efining quality standards

· 
Establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators to safeguard operational performance and customer satisfaction, monitoring KPI deviations and discussing positive outcomes/focus areas with respective teams

· 
Initiating and overseeing projects and continuous improvement activities in alignment with operational teams, making recommendations for enhancements to training materials

· 
​Driving a culture of problem solving, continuous improvement and innovation through role modeling

· 
Running customer satisfaction surveys, p roviding support in terms of reporting and analytics for internal and external quality reports/reviews, account management decks, u sing statistics/analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives

· 
Maintaining productive partnerships with key stakeholders at the site and global level on the topics of quality, process performance and compliance.

Strong expertise in the area of quality management/operational excellence and continuous process improvement and process innovation techniques

Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications, preferably Google suite (experience with ticketing tools, eg. Service Now is a huge advantage)

· 
Lean/Six Sigma Certification or AGILE Methodology Certification desired

· 
Reporting experience (or affinity), ability to navigate complex data structure (hands-on experience with reporting and BI tools: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a huge advantage)

· 
Fluent in written and spoken English.
