Purpose:

•Accountable for identifying and analyzing proactively data quality issues in procurement & finance related master / transactional data.
•Management of data quality checks in our tool and coordination of findings between business and IT.
•In addition, perform regular quality reviews in order to improve the global data quality level.
•Work closely with our BW IT,FrontEndIT, Governance Functions andAnalytics &Insights team across the globe.

Job Accountabilities:

•Develop and implement data quality rules and reportingstatistics
•Analyze reasons for data quality issues and remediate issues in the respectivesystem
•Implement and test new requirements for data qualitytool
•Control the data quality monitoring and reporting/escalation for decision making within Global Procurement and Finance; Maintenance of correction tables and data enhancement processes via a maintenance cockpit and/or IT engagement.
•Report occurring system issues/defects to the support team & IT department
•Managingof tickets for data quality in our ticketing tool

•Liaisonfor process/ system changes. Responsible for recognizing system and process enhancements and aligning withProcessBoard in suchcase

•Responsible for maintaining and updating related process documentations (training materials, SOPs, Knowledge Base articles)

•Execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective businesssub-process
•Proposeprocess, system & dataimprovements

Requirements:

•Experience and advanced knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse

•Experienced in data quality initiatives, analysis, and reporting

•Very good functional knowledge about Finance & Procurement processes

•Awareness of the impacts of data quality on operational business processes

•Strong analytical skills

•Experience in Shared Service or Customer Service Centre in a support function is a plus

•Experience and advanced knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse

•Experience in data quality tools like Informatica(plus)

•Procurement operational or system support experience 2-3 years

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance or IT or equivalent.

•Minimum 5 years working experiences in the related field
