Roche Diagnostics has created a new organization - Diagnostics Information Solutions – charged with building new products that will change the way patients are cared for. Our challenge is to bring together data generated by Roche instruments with other patient data and medical know-how to provide clinical decision support solutions for laboratories. Our team is now looking for a Project Manager with primary responsibility for software and project delivery for projects related to instrument data.

In this position you will:

·  Support daily management and delivery of software projects
·  Author documents meeting requirements of chosen quality system
·  Collaborate with colleagues in Global Functions, in particular Quality and Regulatory organizations
·  Plan and track project status
·  Prepare status documentation and project communication materials to be presented to internal and external stakeholders
·  Organize project events and manage internal knowledge sharing

To be successful in this role, you will have a Master's degree or equivalent in directly-related field (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science, Medicine). MBA is a plus and 3+ years of work experience in IT project management and/or management consulting, preferably in healthcare IT, med tech or diagnostics industry. In addition you will bring the following skills and experience:

·  Passion to explore new IT solutions and technologies in dynamic market environment
·  Good understanding of best practices in project management
·  Proficiency in translating complex business concepts into presentation materials
·  Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies

Ability to travel around 25% of the time (mainly Europe and US) is also required.
