You will be responsible achieving sales target, marketing and product management for dedicated high clinical value product group.

·  Achieving sales target of responsible product group in respective region, so as to help achieving target for China;
·  Training and coaching clinical promotion specialist to grow area of coverage;
·  Regularly monitoring sales performance and ensuring sales are on track;
·  Organizing seminars/workshop to promote clinical utilities for the responsible product group;
·  Building up key reference sites in area of coverage for responsible product groups;
·  Developing key opinion leaders to support clinical utilities promotion;
·  Collecting and analyzing competitors information. Managing distributors in respective region and working with them on achieving sales target. Distributors Management，Establishing promotion team and training for distributors.

You should hold:

·  Bachelor Degree in Clinical Medicine or Bachelor degree in biological engineering /biotechnology;
·  Proficiency in both spoken and written English and good command of MS office software application;
·  Product & marketing expertise.

You should have 2 to 3 years of experience as sales/marketing executive.
