Purpose and Mission

Subject Matter Expert to champion overall fit-for purpose IT process and tool governance, design optimization and drive effective process and tool embedding in RGITSC KL delivery team aligned with Roche IT framework and standards. To assure process compliancy and operational effectiveness is delivered efficiently by delivery team through suppliers to meet agreed operation excellence cost performance target.

To continuously maintain and develop knowledge on IT Service Management-ITIL, PMM project delivery within RGITSC KL delivery team and adoption of other IT industry best practices and methodologies.

This role is delivery focused and reporting into Team Manager- Operation Excellence, to support him/her in driving various agile IT business change programme related to process and tool.

Dimensions

·Working with Roche IT Solution Centre KL delivery team and suppliers of circa 100~ 150 people

·Working with process and tool Change Control Board members from RGITSC Poland.

·Proven ability to prioritise works, multitasking and flexible

Responsibilities

·  Process SME to implement fit for purpose process and tool standardization, continuous improvement and effective embedding in RGITSC KL delivery team including suppliers aligned with Roche IT framework and standards
·  Act as process representative sitting in internal reporting and tool Change Control Board to review, manage end to end delivery of process-tooling changes roll out to RGITSC KL delivery team and suppliers.
·  Responsible of process KPIs performance monitoring and driving remediation with delivery team to meet agreed Business SLA/SLOs.
·  To engage and assure project follows and deliver a robust landscape/service supportable long term by completing deliverables following RGITSC KL supportability and transition process requirements.
·  Act as process escalation point to address process-tool design gaps, facilitate timely remediation and releases for support delivery team. To cascade process changes and drive effective embedding via regular process forums and trainings
·  Document and maintain all Team RACI-workflow, procedures and processes in sharepoint. Act as process champion to generate innovative approaches to improve existing constraints in way of workings, conduct risk assessment and mitigation, create process change awareness and embedding within daily IT operation
