The Roche Innovation Center Zurich (Roche Glycart AG) is active in the research and development

Position:
We are looking for a scientist specialized in molecular radiotherapy, with extensive experience
in in vivo mouse studies and preclinical in vivo models to join the ARCoLab team for an 18-
month postdoctoral position. Experience in immuno-oncology is an advantage.
ARCoLab is a satellite site to the Oncology Discovery Pharmacology Department of the Roche
Innovation Center Zürich, leading company in the development of cancer immunotherapeutics.
Located in the French Limousin region, ARCoLab is a collaborative effort shared by Roche and the
radionuclide provider Orano Med. The partnership was launched in 2012 to develop a novel targeted
alpha therapy regimen for the treatment of cancer. The position entails leading a small, highly
specialized team of research associates and animal technicians, supporting the preclinical
optimization of radioimmunotherapy regimens. Based in France, you will report to functional
managers in Zürich, Switzerland.
As scientist at ARCoLab you will:
- lead, plan, conduct, manage, document, and report in vivo mouse experiments, optimize
treatments and evaluate therapeutic efficacy;
- work with experimental mouse models, including health monitoring and basic procedures like
necropsies and injections; mouse-handling experience is a prerequisite; « Conception et
réalisation de procédures expérimentales » (« Niveau 1 ») or comparable French
accreditation is a plus;
- support research associates in vitro (cell culture, preparation of cells for injection) and ex vivo
(histological techniques, immuno-PD assays); experience in FACS analysis is a plus.
