You will provide effective coaching to the medical and marketing roles with the objective to nurture the new culture and ensure high quality development and execution of the portfolio value strategy plans, to support better patient outcomes. You will contribute to building up the capability of the teams, as well as essential processes in order to achieve excellence in the medical & marketing activities. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the affiliate management of the early phase pipeline molecules. Coaching skills, high collaboration, teamwork and leading without authority are crucial for this role. As well as ability to allow people to share, experiment and take smart risks, while having in place the culture of continuous learning and development.
