We're looking for Medical role in Late Stage Portfolio Squad.

The job responsibilities of the role;

·  Be a key strategic leadership role requiring clear business understanding to identify and address the relevant medical needs of clinical practice, to successfully support the optimal use of Roche products and new launches
·  Links affiliate to Global Medical Affairs objectives to deliver on data generation, knowledge exchange / data communications, and to lead TAE engagement in a scientific manner
·  Develops and executes the local Medical Plan and Launch plan
·  Creates and executes digital scientific communication plan, finds ways to virtually engage physicians, prepares and presents medical materials
·  Experiments to create effective ways to improve both patient journey & scientific communication of related products
·  Prepares and updates the training materials and give medical trainings to the related field force and to all levels of Roche personnel who require product trainings
·  Manages the integrity and accuracy of scientific and medical data communicated both internally and externally for promotional and non-promotional purposes
·  Supports and collaboratively works with key internal stakeholders including marketing, regulatory, market access, patient safety and clinical operations.
·  Acts for high standards of compliance, ethics, and safety of Roche products, putting patients at the center of his/her actions
·  Offers medical expertise for publication related activities according to Roche Policy and SOPs

The right candidate should have;

·  A university degree in medicine /pharmacy
·  Excellent command of in English
·  Strong skills in communication and coordination
·  Strong skills for digital engagement & communication
·  Leadership skill with ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional working groups and teams
·  Owner of B2 driving licence
·  No restrictions for travel
