Master of pharmacy for wholesaler warehouse for medicinal products and medicinal devices

The position is directly reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Responsible Pharmacist in Supply Chain and Customer Service department, part of Finance and Business Services Directorate in Roche Bulgaria.
In this position, in daily activities and interaction, the new team member will network with the Warehouse Manager/Responsible Pharmacist, Warehouse Manager's assistant, warehouse assistants, Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialists, Quality Manager and quality specialist, finance, customers.

As part of Roche Bulgaria team, the new Master of Pharmacy will be responsible for:

· 
Taking part in loading and unloading activities during goods receipt and dispatch of goods processes, including operations in SAP ERP system.

· 
Performing internal storage processing activities (internal transfers, placement and arrangement of medicinal products within the warehouse) according to GMP/GDP requirements.

· 
Proceeding checks and inspections of goods picked and packed for dispatch.

· 
Working with SAP ERP system, process and archive relevant documentation.

· 
Strictly adhere to maintaining high quality standards when proceeding all warehouse activities, according to applicable standard operating procedures and good practice.

· 
Actively participating in periodical and annual inventory counts, checks and inspections, proceeded in the warehouse.

· 
Controlling pharmaceutical orderliness and strict adherence to Company program for pest control in warehouse facility.

· 
Following strict adherence to schedule and proceeding of prevention and maintenance activities for the cooling equipment, HVAC equipment and environment temperature monitoring system, used in the warehouse.

· 
Adhere to on-call duty schedule.

Candidate that we are looking for should comply with following requirements:

· 
Master degree in Pharmacy

· 
Minimum 2 years of experience as Pharmacist

· 
Readiness to work on shifts

· 
Fluent English

· 
Result-driven and customer-oriented personality

· 
Solid verbal and written communication skills

· 
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

· 
Well-organized, with excellent time management skills

· 
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

· 
Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking

Strong functional/technical expertise (including GxP, PQS, etc.)
