You will be responsible for:

·  Organizing and implementing exhibition, event, congress or assisting marketing promotion activities in MS-LS department.
·  Executing and tracking Promotional material and managing vendor
·  Maintaining Marketing Communication
·  Managing digital marketing to incorporate with business events & marketing strategy
·  Creating and publishing MS - LS external newsletter on quarterly basis.
·  Managing vendors to ensure each projects meets MS - LS KPI, compliance policy, and owners' expectation.
·  In corporate with marketing to plan and implement business event department wide.
·  Corporating gimmicks and product DA in terms of design, produce, and inventory
·  Oversee all projects to ensure they all implemented under compliance policy, and budget is well controlled
·  Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
·  Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

You should have:

·  At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other Appropriate discipline
·  Proficiency in both spoken and written English
·  Good command of MS office software application
·  Product & marketing expertise
·  10 years working experience in a similar capacity and in a similar industry.
