University degree
Min. 2 years of experience of leadership in Marketing / Neurology experience is a plus

Knowledge on the fundamentals of marketing and how the processes work

Strong team worker with strong analytical skills and business acumen
Strategic and customer focused mindset
High level of communication and problem-solving skills
Innovative and out of the box thinking ability
Advanced level of English, both verbal and written
Strong personal and situational awareness


Determining the marketing strategies for the assigned products with close collaboration with the squad members and execute all strategic and tactical plans
Driving the collaboration with all cross functional partners effectively to manage marketing strategies and action plans
Preparing short term and yearly marketing plans for the assigned products/franchise
Managing key customer relationships with TAEs and other decision makers (Ministry of Health, Drug Commission etc.) and co-create product/franchise solutions
Initiating market research related to the products/franchise priorities to provide support in assessment of promotional effectiveness, validation of business opportunities, and create/update patient flow in a timely manner
Leading all launch related activities for new products / indications
Creating innovative promotional materials & contents for multiple platforms
Following the scientific developments by attending the related congresses and meetings
Analyzing data from SAP, IMS and CRM database to shape future marketing strategies and communicate with the field team to provide updates on product performance and competitive activities
Tracking the product stock level and plan accordingly with collaboration of supply chain colleagues
Making sure that the projects that will be put into practice are performed according to all compliance rules and procedures
