Manufacturing Associate IIManufacture Bulk Reagents following approved manufacturing procedures and good laboratory practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Complete assigned tasks in strict adherence to procedures and complete required documentation. - Coordinate with QA to initiate nonconforming reports as necessary. - Follow manufacturing formulas for bulk and stock fluid reagents for all Ventana products. - Perform In-Process testing to ensure product quality, as necessary. - Proactive and capable of analysis of Reagent Manufacturing quality issues. - Plan and complete bulk formulations. - Maintain calibration and validation of equipment. - Maintain the proper inventory of the required supplies. - Communicate Formulation or Quality issues and potential problems to Supervisor. - Monitors work to ensure quality and continuously promotes Quality First Time. - Identifies document improvements and performs document changes as necessary.
