IT Expert - Operational ExcellenceAs an Expert IT – Operational Excellence you are expected to effectively lead and facilitate organizational changes related to operational processes, standards and culture, as well as create and deliver persuasive presentations on process improvement frameworks and techniques, recommendations and results to all levels of the organization. You are expected to execute vision for continuous process improvement and ensure that the vision is integrated across organization. Also supporting organization to achieve its performance goals around delivery, quality and productivity as well as developing culture of continuous improvement. Your role is to ensure systems and processes are in place to sustain and control operational excellence. We expect you to propose optimization and simplification of methods, practices, and behaviors to achieve on organizational improvement goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on the identification, research and implementation of process improvement opportunities. Conduct data analysis with the purpose of improving processes. Support definition and maintenance of the performance metrics to measure process, project, or program success. You will function as a subject matter expert on process improvement, Lean principles and tools, problem solving and operational excellence across Roche Global IT Solution Centre sites including Malaysia and Canada. You will act as the primary knowledge resource for any improvement or process related initiative. You will educate, coach, mentor, and assist managers and technicians on relevant process frameworks, will teach employees of the utilization of process improvement tools and frameworks application.
