We are looking for an Intern HR Business Partner for 9 to 12 month period, based in Rotkreuz. As an Intern HR Business Partner, you will be part of the HR Business Partner team, supporting the HR Business Partner and business leaders with all HR activities in the respective client groups. The intern HR Business Partner will work closely with the business leadership teams to drive and execute our overall people strategy.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

·  You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field
·  You take responsibility for your actions and proactively meet challenges
·  You demonstrate agility, motivation and a can-do attitude
·  You show a strong ability to communicate on different hierarchical levels and across different cultures
·  You demonstrate a high level of organisational skills and are able to take several challenges at the same time and to prioritize
·  You are interested in working in a global, fast-paced and dynamic environment
·  First work experience in HR and an international environment is a plus
·  Fluency in English and German required
